    Begin and end the the day with yoga and meditation practice to restore and heal your body and mind.

    Group workshops to help you reconnect to yourself, discover what and how to eat for your specific body, how prioritize yourself, and honor your boundaries.

  • Jacuzzi and Sauna

    Relax and soak your sore and tense muscles in jacuzzi. Detox and destress in Russian style sauna.

  • Nature Walks

    Come reset your inner compass and find clarity at a serene, peaceful location with all of the amenities that help release stress.

  • Daily Meals

    Food includes dinner each day, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, optional breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, opening night reception and tea ceremony. We offer nourishing and lovingly-prepared meals throughout your stay. Your well-being is our priority so we promise to always deliver delicious and nutritious food.

  • Animals at the Ranch

    Interactions with animals can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Studies show that even after five minutes of interacting with animals we release hormones that calm and relax nervous system. We have dogs, cats, goats and chickens to help you feel better.

  • Optional Massages

    Our retreat also offers full-body massages which will help not only release tension but also promote the natural flow of blood and energy, help with migraines, stress, anxiety, proper posture and elevate your mood leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Over the last 4 years, I’ve worked on finding habits that allowed me to feel energized, wholesome, and strong. I’ve managed to drastically improve my digestive system, clear my skin of acne, and stabilize my hormones. Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered many do’s and don’ts on sustaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m here to share my knowledge and be your accountability partner. I will guide you through your own journey of finding healthy habits that are doable for you.
